Overview
Ride With Passenger (RWP) is a mobile solution designed exclusively for company-affiliated drivers to manage and track assigned rides. It is not open to public users and contains no ads or in-app purchases.
Information We Collect
Location (GPS): Required at all times to track rides in real-time and assign tasks efficiently.
Personal Details: Such as name, email, phone number, and profile picture.
Device Data: Includes device model, OS version, and usage statistics for performance improvements.
How Data is Used
Collected data is used to:
- Ensure accurate and timely ride assignments.
- Enhance driver tracking and communication.
- Maintain app security and functionality.
- Fix crashes and bugs via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Send relevant updates using Firebase Messaging.
User Control
Location access is mandatory. Users may adjust notification and account settings from their devices.
Data Security
We implement strong security measures and use Google Firebase for secure data storage and crash reporting.
